State Grid Qingdao Power Supply Company in Qingdao, east China's Shandong Province, has recently completed standardized electrical upgrades across 865 villages, built 1,130 kilometres of new 10-kilovolt lines and installed 2,210 distribution transformers since launching its rural grid upgrade programme.
